These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pullmarket website, mobile applications, inventory, marketplace, wallet, Pull Packs, rewards, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Pullmarket LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Pullmarket," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a product, opening a Pull Pack, accessing the inventory, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your rights, what you can expect from the Service, and what we expect from you — including rules about chargebacks and payment disputes, automatic Sellback, and dispute resolution by arbitration.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, including our disclosures about analytics, advertising, Google tools, Meta Business Tools, Reddit tools, cookies, pixels, conversion measurement, and privacy choices.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18, that you are not prohibited from receiving the Service under applicable law, and that you are using the Service for yourself and not on behalf of any other person or entity except as expressly permitted.
The Service is available only to users in jurisdictions where it is lawful. You are responsible for determining whether use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may restrict, limit, or block access based on location, age, sanctions screening, fraud risk, verification status, or other factors.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share your credentials, allow others to access your account, create accounts for others without permission, or use another person's account without permission. You must notify us immediately at Email support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Pullmarket may require identity verification, age verification, phone verification, payment verification, address verification, or other verification before or after account creation, before or after a purchase, before or after a redemption, or at any other time. If you do not complete required verification, your access to certain features may be limited or suspended.
Identity verification may be performed by Veriff, Stripe Identity if re-enabled, manual review, or another identity-verification provider made available through the Service. By starting identity verification, you authorize Pullmarket and the applicable provider to collect, process, and return verification results, status, and fraud-risk signals needed to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce these Terms.
Real-money Gem purchases may require successful identity verification before checkout. The account holder's verified identity must match or be validated against the payment method, billing details, and any requested shipping or redemption information. Pullmarket may also require manual account review before enabling trading, transfer, shipment, physical redemption, or any other feature that moves value outside your own Pullmarket account.
Each person may create only one account unless Pullmarket expressly permits otherwise. Multiple accounts created by the same person or household may be suspended, and any rewards, credits, referrals, or benefits obtained through multiple accounts may be reversed.
Pullmarket offers an online platform where users can purchase Pull Packs (randomized collectible-card products), view and manage a digital inventory of owned or assigned items, request redemption or shipping of eligible items, participate in Sellback (selling items back to Pullmarket for non-cashable Pullmarket Credit), access a marketplace where enabled, earn rewards, and use related features.
The Service may change, be updated, be expanded, be restricted, be modified, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice, except as required by law.
Each Pull Pack or product available through the Service has a product page with specific terms. Product-page terms supplement these Terms and control if there is a conflict for the specific product. You are responsible for reviewing the product page before purchasing.
Product pages may include information about the types of cards or items that may be in a pack, disclosed odds or rarity tiers, displayed estimates or value bands, featured item images, Sellback mechanics, special rules, and any overrides to these general Terms. Estimated values, rarity labels, odds, and Sellback quotes shown on product pages are based on live or recent market data and internal valuation methods, and may change at any time.
Images on product pages may show sample items, featured items, or items from previous packs. A displayed card image does not guarantee that exact card is available in every pack unless the product page expressly says so.
Pull Packs are randomized collectible-card products. Each pack contains one or more cards or items selected according to the odds and mechanics shown on the product page. Randomization is applied at the time of purchase, reveal, or assignment, as described on the product page.
Unless the product page expressly guarantees a specific card, player, team, grade, serial number, set, rarity tier, or item, there is no guarantee you will receive any specific item. Pull Packs are sold based on the disclosed pack contents and odds, not based on any particular desired outcome.
Pullmarket discloses odds or rarity tier probabilities on product pages where required or chosen. Odds reflect the probability of a given outcome across many pulls and are not a guarantee for any individual pull. Actual outcomes for any individual pack may differ significantly from expected values.
Estimated item values and value bands are based on live or recent market data and internal valuation methods. They reflect market conditions at the time displayed and may change continuously. Pullmarket does not guarantee that any item will have any particular market value, resale price, or cash value. For revealed pulls, Pullmarket provides an immediate buyback offer equal to 90% of Pullmarket's then-current market-value estimate, paid only as non-cashable Pullmarket Credit/Gems.
Some Pull Packs may be hybrid products where possible outcomes may be held by Pullmarket or a custodian, or may be dynamically sourced or fulfilled through suppliers, partner vaults, marketplace inventory, or other channels. A displayed card image or featured item does not mean the exact card is already in Pullmarket's possession unless the product page expressly says it is held, locked, or guaranteed.
Pull Packs are collectible products, not investment contracts, securities, financial instruments, or guaranteed-return products. Past performance of item values does not predict future values. You should not purchase Pull Packs expecting appreciation, profit, or guaranteed returns.
When you submit a purchase, add funds, buy Gems, purchase a Pull Pack, pay a shipping charge, pay a redemption charge, pay a marketplace charge, or otherwise submit a transaction through Pullmarket, you authorize Pullmarket and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the purchase price and any applicable taxes, fees, shipping, handling, insurance, storage, redemption, verification, processing, or other disclosed charges.
Card, wallet, bank-account, and other electronic payments may be processed by Square, Stripe, or another payment processor made available through the Service. Pullmarket does not generally receive or store your full card number. Payment processing may be subject to the payment processor's terms, card-network rules, bank rules, fraud-prevention controls, authentication requirements, and risk review.
You represent that you are the authorized cardholder or account holder for each payment method you use, or that you have the authorized cardholder's express permission to use that payment method. You may not use a payment method that is stolen, unauthorized, obtained through fraud, connected to card testing, or used without permission.
Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment processor may require additional authentication, including 3D Secure, address verification, CVC verification, identity verification, device verification, or other authentication. Pullmarket may approve, decline, cancel, delay, hold, reverse, or manually review any transaction that fails authentication, appears suspicious, triggers fraud-risk rules, is associated with a restricted account, or otherwise creates legal, payment, operational, or fraud risk.
Pullmarket may authorize a payment method before capturing a charge. A pending authorization is not final payment, and Pullmarket may capture, cancel, refund, delay, or manually review the transaction based on identity verification, payment-method verification, billing information, shipping or redemption information, fraud-risk signals, account history, device or network signals, Square Risk Manager, Stripe Radar, similar processor signals, or other risk controls.
Where Pullmarket grants Gems quickly after automated checks, those Gems and any related inventory, Sellback credits, or account activity may remain closed-loop inside your Pullmarket account until manual review is complete. Until Pullmarket approves the account for external-value features, you may be unable to trade, transfer, cash out, ship, redeem physical items, change the verified recipient identity, or otherwise move value off-platform.
By buying Gems, you acknowledge that Gems are digital account credits used for immediate online features. Gem purchases are final except for unused purchased Gems where Pullmarket approves a refund or applicable law requires one. Once Gems are spent on a Pull Pack, reveal, break, shipping fee, redemption fee, Sellback-related action, or other feature, that portion of the digital service has been delivered and is not refundable. This is similar to opening a sealed pack of physical trading cards: once the pack is opened and the contents are revealed, the purchase cannot be undone because you did not like the outcome.
Once a Pull Pack is purchased with Gems, opened, revealed, assigned, or otherwise consumed through the Service, you have received the digital product experience and the transaction is generally final except where the product page says otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. Opening a digital Pull Pack is the online equivalent of opening a physical sealed collector-card pack: after the pack-opening experience and randomized reveal occur, that digital service has been fully used.
A dislike of the revealed item, a belief that the item is worth less than expected, a later decrease in market value, a changed Sellback quote, a failure to receive a specific non-guaranteed item, or a misunderstanding of disclosed product mechanics is not a basis for cancellation, refund, return, or chargeback.
Pull Packs, randomized products, pack-opening experiences, break entries, revealed items, assigned items, spent Gems, Sellback decisions, automatic Sellback events, and other used digital features are final sale once purchased, opened, revealed, assigned, entered, sold back, or consumed, unless a product page states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
You are responsible for reviewing the product page, odds, value disclosures, item details, checkout confirmation, and applicable product-specific rules before purchasing.
Pullmarket may create and retain electronic records of account and transaction activity, including product pages shown, odds and value disclosures shown, checkout disclosures, acceptance checkboxes, purchase confirmations, payment status, authentication results, reveal timestamps, item assignments, item images, Sellback quotes, Decisions, automatic Sellback events, Pullmarket Credit entries, redemption requests, shipping requests, tracking records, support communications, refund requests, chargeback notices, and fraud-risk signals.
Pullmarket may use these records to operate the Service, resolve support requests, investigate claims, respond to chargebacks and payment disputes, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
After a Pull Pack is revealed or an item is assigned to your account, available actions may include keeping or holding the item in your inventory, requesting redemption and shipping of eligible items, listing the item for resale where enabled, trading the item where enabled, or accepting a Sellback offer. Available actions may vary by product, item, account status, verification status, location, risk review, inventory availability, and product-page rules.
For Pull Packs and randomized products, a product page may show sample items, featured items, possible outcomes, prior pulls, item categories, value bands, odds, or rarity tiers. A displayed card image or featured item does not guarantee that exact card, player, team, grade, serial number, certification number, set, parallel, image, source, or item will be received unless the product page expressly states that the specific item is guaranteed.
Once a specific item is assigned to your inventory, Pullmarket intends to fulfill that assigned item if you choose to redeem it and if the item is eligible for shipment. However, fulfillment remains subject to successful payment, completed fraud review, completed verification, item availability, supplier or custodian availability, address verification, shipping eligibility, applicable fees, and these Terms.
If an eligible redeemed item is unavailable, lost, materially misdescribed, duplicate-listed, blocked by a supplier or partner, affected by a verified inventory error, affected by a technical error, restricted by fraud review, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled as originally displayed or assigned, Pullmarket may, in its discretion and subject to applicable law, fulfill the redemption with the same item from another channel, provide a comparable card or collectible of equal or greater value, provide Pullmarket Credit, provide a refund to the original payment method where supported, cancel or correct the affected transaction, provide a remedy stated in the applicable product terms, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
For this purpose, "equal or greater value" means the affected item's Pullmarket platform value at the time it was won or assigned, calculated as that item's displayed Gem value multiplied by $0.01 per Gem. Later changes in market data, resale prices, Sellback quotes, liquidity, demand, third-party estimates, or marketplace values do not change that substitution-value benchmark.
Redemption and shipping are subject to successful payment, completed fraud review, identity or age verification where required, item availability, address verification, shipping-destination eligibility, carrier availability, applicable fees, and compliance with these Terms.
Pullmarket may require verified identity, verified shipping information, payment verification, adult or direct signature confirmation, delivery confirmation, package photos, insurance, grading, authentication, carrier-claim cooperation, return cooperation, or additional fraud review before shipping or releasing any physical item.
Required verification may include a valid government-issued identification document and confirmation that the name and address on the identification, account, payment method, and requested shipping destination match or are otherwise validated to Pullmarket's satisfaction. Pullmarket reserves the right to withhold, delay, restrict, or refuse shipping if valid identification verification is not completed, if the identification address does not match or validate against the shipping destination, or if Pullmarket cannot reasonably confirm the shipment is authorized.
By default, physical items will be shipped only to the verified Pullmarket account holder at the verified address that matches or is validated against the account holder's government ID, payment method, billing details, and fraud-review information. Pullmarket may refuse to ship or release physical value to a different person, unrelated location, freight-forwarding destination, mail drop, hotel, temporary address, or other destination that Pullmarket cannot validate.
Pullmarket may hold, delay, restrict, split, cancel, withhold, or refuse redemption or shipping when a transaction or account is high-risk, under review, associated with a payment dispute, associated with a chargeback, associated with a negative balance, missing verification, linked to suspected fraud, restricted by law, restricted by carrier rules, or otherwise presents legal, payment, operational, shipping, or fraud risk. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees.
You are responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, signature, verification, carrier, storage, redemption, customs, duties, taxes, and related fees shown in the Service, quoted by support, or otherwise disclosed before shipment.
Shipping and handling charges may vary based on destination, package size, package weight, number of items, item value, declared value, carrier, service level, insurance requirements, signature requirements, grading or authentication needs, inventory location, supplier or custodian location, fraud-review status, international-shipping requirements, and operational factors.
High-value items may require insured shipping, signature confirmation, adult or direct signature confirmation, additional verification, separate packaging, separate shipment, grading, authentication, or other protective handling. Shipping fees, handling fees, processing fees, insurance fees, taxes, customs charges, duties, and other third-party or pass-through charges are non-refundable once incurred, unless Pullmarket states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligible cards or collectibles requested in the same shipping request will generally be combined into one shipment when reasonably possible. Pullmarket may also combine separate pending shipping requests before label creation, packing, or handoff to a carrier if doing so is reasonably possible. Pullmarket is not required to combine separate requests and does not guarantee that all items will ship together.
Pullmarket may split shipments for any reason, including high item value, insurance limits, signature requirements, grading or authentication, inventory location, supplier or custodian location, package size or weight, carrier rules, destination restrictions, customs requirements, fraud review, payment review, item protection, damage prevention, timing, operational constraints, or user-requested handling. If shipments are split, additional shipping, handling, insurance, signature, customs, duties, or tax charges may apply and will be shown in the Service or quoted by support where applicable.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. Pullmarket is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, carrier return, loss, customs issues, taxes, duties, or additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, restricted, undeliverable, or unsafe address provided by you.
Pullmarket may require address verification before shipment, including matching or validating the requested shipping destination against valid identification and other account, payment, and fraud-review information. Pullmarket may refuse to ship to freight forwarders, mail drops, hotels, temporary addresses, restricted jurisdictions, sanctioned locations, high-risk addresses, addresses associated with fraud, addresses that do not match or validate against required identification, or addresses where delivery is not reasonably available.
Risk of loss may pass to you when the package is delivered to the address you provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, carrier scan, photographic proof, GPS delivery data, or other carrier records may be used as evidence of delivery.
You must inspect shipped items immediately upon delivery. You must notify Pullmarket at Email support within seven (7) days after delivery if an item is missing, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrect.
Your claim notice must include your account email, order or shipment identifier, tracking number if available, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, shipping label, packing materials, damage, and any other requested evidence.
You must keep the item, slab, sleeve, packaging, shipping box, packing materials, labels, and all related materials until Pullmarket confirms that the claim is closed. You must cooperate with Pullmarket, carriers, insurers, suppliers, authenticators, graders, payment processors, and fraud-review teams.
Pullmarket may require return of the item before issuing a replacement, refund, credit, or other remedy. Returned items must be sent using Pullmarket's instructions and must be returned in the same condition received, except for the reported damage. Failure to notify Pullmarket within seven (7) days after delivery, failure to provide requested evidence, failure to keep packaging, failure to cooperate with a carrier or insurance claim, or failure to return the item when required may result in denial of the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Every revealed pull receives an immediate buyback offer equal to 90% of Pullmarket's then-current market-value estimate, paid only as non-cashable Pullmarket Credit/Gems. The underlying market-value estimate may be based on live or recent market data, comparable sales, marketplace listings, liquidity, demand, grade, condition, serial number, set, parallel, item type, inventory, fees, risk, and internal valuation methods. Market estimates may change at any time.
Pullmarket Credit/Gems are site credit only. They are not cash, not withdrawable cash, not cash prizes, not cash-equivalent payouts, not bank deposits, not stored-value accounts, and not cryptocurrency.
After an item is revealed or assigned to your account, you are responsible for making a "Decision" by taking one of the available actions shown in the Service, such as keeping or holding the item, requesting shipment if eligible, listing it where enabled, trading it where enabled, or accepting Sellback.
Unless the product page states otherwise, the Decision period is twenty-four (24) hours from the time the item is first revealed or assigned to your account.
Important: If you do not make a Decision within the twenty-four (24) hour Decision period, Pullmarket will automatically sell the item back to Pullmarket at the then-current 90% Gems buyback offer. The resulting amount will be credited to your account as non-cashable Pullmarket Credit/Gems. The underlying market-value estimate may be higher or lower than any estimate previously displayed. Automatic Sellback is final and irreversible unless Pullmarket expressly agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Sellback availability and Sellback credits may be delayed, held, reversed, canceled, or restricted when a transaction is subject to payment review, fraud review, chargeback risk, account review, verification review, technical review, inventory review, or legal review.
If a Sellback occurs in connection with a transaction that is later reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed, found to be fraudulent, or not successfully settled, Pullmarket may reverse the related Pullmarket Credit and any related benefits.
Gems or credits issued through Sellback, Buyback, automatic Sellback, manual buyback, marketplace proceeds where enabled, account adjustments, compensation, or similar credit events are not purchased cash balances. They are non-refundable, non-cashable site credits and may not be used to create, request, or imply a cash prize, cash redemption, cash-out right, wagering payout, stored-value account, bank deposit, money-transmission transaction, or cash-equivalent payment.
Pullmarket Credit has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, assigned, pledged, deposited to a bank account, converted into cryptocurrency, converted into cash, redeemed for cash, redeemed for a cash-equivalent payout, or used outside the Service. Pullmarket Credit may be used only for eligible purchases, fees, or features within the Service.
Only unused Gems purchased directly from Pullmarket with a cash payment may be eligible for refund under Section 11. Bonus Gems, promotional Gems, referral Gems, reward Gems, free Gems, matched Gems, Sellback or Buyback credits, automatic Sellback credits, marketplace credits, account adjustments, goodwill credits, compensation credits, and any other non-purchased credits are not refundable, not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value.
When Gems are spent, Pullmarket may apply the spend against refundable purchased Gems before non-refundable credits. Refund eligibility is reduced by purchases, pack openings, break entries, marketplace purchases, shipping-fee payments, redemption-fee payments, credits used, bonuses consumed, rewards used, reversals, chargebacks, refunds, or other post-purchase account activity.
Promotional credits, reward credits, points, keys, shards, streaks, entries, badges, achievements, and similar non-cash benefits may expire, be capped, be modified, be reversed, or be revoked for fraud, abuse, error, violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of the applicable feature, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Gem Drops, referral bonuses, share rewards, and similar promotional benefits are available only to eligible users and may require an ID Verified account before participation or payout. Referral gem bonuses may also require the referred account to complete a minimum qualifying purchase amount using purchased, non-bonus gems; free, matched, promotional, admin-granted, or bonus gems may not count toward that requirement. Pullmarket may withhold, cap, reverse, or deny promotional benefits connected to duplicate accounts, same-device or same-IP activity, shared payment fingerprints, referral rings, bot activity, VPN abuse, chargebacks, refunded transactions, or other fraud-risk signals.
Fees may include purchase fees, marketplace fees, buyback spreads, processing fees, shipping fees, handling fees, insurance fees, signature fees, storage fees, redemption fees, verification fees, taxes, customs, duties, carrier fees, and chargeback fees disclosed in the Service.
Fees are non-refundable unless Pullmarket states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
You are responsible for taxes, customs, duties, assessments, and government charges arising from your purchases, sales, rewards, referrals, credits, redemptions, shipments, marketplace activity, and other transactions.
Pullmarket may collect sales tax or other taxes where required. Pullmarket may request tax forms and report transactions to tax authorities where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law, card-network rules, bank rules, or payment-processor rules. At the same time, Pullmarket takes fraudulent, abusive, false, misleading, or bad-faith payment disputes seriously.
Pullmarket may use automated and manual fraud-prevention controls including payment risk scoring, velocity limits, device fingerprinting, IP address review, VPN review, proxy review, geolocation review, identity verification, age verification, selfie or liveness checks, sanctions screening, blocklists, behavioral analytics, account-linking, payment-method review, address review, manual review, and post-transaction monitoring.
Pullmarket may approve, decline, cancel, delay, limit, reverse, refund, hold, or manually review any transaction based on fraud-risk signals, verification status, payment status, account history, shipping risk, chargeback risk, legal risk, or operational risk.
Manual review may include comparing your verified identity to billing information, payment-method information, account behavior, IP and device signals, address information, redemption requests, shipment requests, prior payment outcomes, refunds, chargebacks, processor risk signals, and communications with you. Pullmarket may proactively cancel or refund transactions that cannot be validated.
You represent and warrant that each payment method you use is valid, lawfully obtained, and authorized for your use. If you allow another person to access your account, device, login credentials, saved payment methods, or payment credentials, activity by that person may be treated as authorized account activity. You are responsible for securing your account, devices, passwords, email, phone number, and payment credentials.
An "Unauthorized Transaction" means a transaction made by someone who was not you and did not have your permission. Contact us immediately at Email support if you believe a transaction is genuinely unauthorized.
An "Improper Chargeback" means a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, refund claim, or bank claim that is false, abusive, misleading, made in bad faith, inconsistent with these Terms, or inconsistent with disclosed product mechanics.
Examples of Improper Chargebacks include disputing a transaction because you disliked the revealed item, expected a higher-value pull, received an item worth less than the purchase price, failed to make a Decision before automatic Sellback, accepted Sellback and later regretted it, changed your mind after reveal, misunderstood disclosed mechanics, or received the digital reveal experience and then claimed the product was not received.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason other than a genuinely unauthorized transaction, you agree to contact Email support and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal based on any of the following when the relevant facts were disclosed or permitted by these Terms or the product page:
If a chargeback, payment dispute, bank dispute, payment reversal, refund request, unauthorized-transaction claim, fraud claim, or payment failure occurs, Pullmarket may suspend or restrict your account, freeze Pullmarket Credit and reward balances, delay or cancel redemption or shipment, reverse credits connected to the disputed payment, require identity or payment verification, require address verification, require return of items, and preserve transaction records.
If a payment is reversed, charged back, refunded, canceled, disputed, deemed unauthorized, or not successfully settled, you may lose all rights to the Pull Pack, reveal, item, inventory entry, Pullmarket Credit, Sellback credit, reward, shipment, marketplace proceeds, or other benefit associated with that payment, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Pullmarket may compile, retain, and submit evidence to payment processors, banks, card networks, wallet providers, carriers, insurers, law enforcement, courts, arbitrators, or relevant parties, including account data, product-page screenshots, disclosure versions, checkout confirmations, purchase timestamps, reveal timestamps, item assignments, Sellback records, automatic Sellback records, payment records, authentication records, fraud-risk signals, IP address data, device data, address data, shipment records, delivery records, claim photos, support communications, and user communications.
If you owe Pullmarket money because of a payment failure, chargeback, reversal, refund, fraud, improper dispute, negative balance, shipment issue, return issue, or other amount owed, Pullmarket may set off amounts owed against Pullmarket Credit or other non-cash balances, restrict further purchases or account access, require payment, require return of items, cancel pending shipments, and use collections or other lawful recovery methods.
Pullmarket may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with repeated chargebacks, repeated payment disputes, card testing, payment fraud, refund abuse, reward abuse, referral abuse, false claims, false non-delivery claims, false damage claims, false unauthorized-transaction claims, account takeover activity, bot activity, multiple-account abuse, or other conduct that creates risk. A user who repeatedly receives value and then disputes the related payments may be permanently banned and subject to recovery efforts to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including rights relating to genuinely unauthorized transactions, billing errors, consumer protection, payment-card rules, or bank rules. These Terms are intended to prevent fraud, abuse, and bad-faith disputes, not to prevent users from exercising legitimate legal rights.
All Pull Packs, randomized products, pack-opening experiences, break entries, revealed items, assigned items, spent Gems, Sellback decisions, automatic Sellback events, used digital features, and completed transactions are final sale except where Pullmarket expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
A disappointing pull, lower-than-expected value, changed market estimate, changed Sellback quote, failure to receive a non-guaranteed specific item, changed mind, accidental purchase, or misunderstanding of disclosed product mechanics is not a basis for refund, cancellation, return, or chargeback.
Unused Gems purchased directly from Pullmarket with a cash payment may be eligible for refund in Pullmarket's discretion or where required by law. To request a refund of unused purchased Gems, contact Email support from the email address associated with your Pullmarket account.
Gem purchases fund digital account credits that can be used immediately for online Pullmarket features. Pullmarket does not offer a general right to buy Gems, use them to open randomized packs or consume digital features, view the outcome, and then unwind the purchase because the outcome was disappointing. That is the same basic final-sale principle as opening a sealed physical pack of trading cards after purchase.
Pullmarket may require account review, identity verification, payment verification, fraud review, and confirmation that the Gems were purchased directly from Pullmarket and remain unused. Refund eligibility is reduced by purchases, pack openings, break entries, marketplace purchases, shipping-fee payments, redemption-fee payments, credits used, bonuses consumed, rewards used, Sellback activity, reversals, chargebacks, refunds, or other account activity.
Bonus Gems, promotional Gems, referral Gems, reward Gems, free Gems, matched Gems, Sellback credits, Buyback credits, automatic Sellback credits, marketplace credits, account adjustments, goodwill credits, compensation credits, and other non-purchased credits are not refundable, not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value.
Approved refunds for card, wallet, bank-account, or electronic payments will generally be returned to the original payment method where supported by the payment processor, card network, bank, or payment provider. Pullmarket is not required to send a refund to a different card, bank account, wallet, person, or destination.
Refund timing depends on the payment processor, card network, bank, wallet provider, payment method, and fraud-review status. A refund may appear as a reversal rather than a separate credit. Pullmarket is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, wallet providers, failed refund routing, closed accounts, expired cards, or payment-method limitations.
Processing fees, shipping fees, handling fees, insurance fees, signature fees, redemption fees, customs, duties, taxes, carrier fees, and other third-party or pass-through charges are non-refundable once incurred unless Pullmarket states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
If a shipped item is missing, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrect, you must notify Pullmarket at Email support within seven (7) days after delivery and comply with Section 7.7.
After review, Pullmarket may, in its discretion and subject to applicable law, provide one or more of the following remedies: replacement with the same item where available; replacement with a comparable item of equal or greater value; Pullmarket Credit; refund to the original payment method where supported; repair, correction, or reshipment; carrier or insurance claim assistance; cancellation or reversal of the affected transaction; or another remedy required by applicable law.
Pullmarket may require return of the affected item before issuing a replacement, credit, refund, or other remedy.
Pullmarket may cancel, refund, reverse, or correct a transaction if it involves a technical malfunction, pricing error, odds display error, inventory error, duplicate item, unavailable item, supplier issue, custodian issue, payment failure, fraud, suspected fraud, legal restriction, product-page error, shipping restriction, or other material issue.
If Pullmarket cancels a transaction after charging you, Pullmarket may provide a refund, Pullmarket Credit, substitute item, correction, or other remedy required by law or the applicable product terms. Refunds may be delayed while fraud review, chargeback review, payment review, inventory review, shipping review, return review, or legal review is pending.
Pullmarket does not accept returns of Pull Packs, opened digital products, revealed outcomes, assigned digital features, or items sold back through Sellback or automatic Sellback.
For shipped physical items, returns are accepted only when Pullmarket authorizes a return as part of a shipping claim, misdescription claim, incorrect-item claim, damage claim, legal remedy, or other approved support resolution. You may not return an item without Pullmarket's written instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, delayed, denied, or handled at your expense.
You may not receive duplicate recovery for the same issue. For example, you may not keep a replacement item and also receive a refund for the same item, receive Pullmarket Credit and also receive a refund for the same transaction unless Pullmarket expressly approves it, or obtain a chargeback while retaining the item, credits, rewards, or other value from the disputed transaction.
If you receive a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, replacement, or other remedy, Pullmarket may require return of the item, reverse related Pullmarket Credit, cancel pending shipments, reverse rewards, restrict account access, or take other steps reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate recovery.
Pullmarket may offer rewards, referrals, promo codes, missions, daily bonuses, streaks, experience points, level rewards, leaderboards, achievements, or other loyalty features (collectively, "Rewards"). Rewards are optional promotional features.
Unless the Service states otherwise: Rewards have no cash value; Rewards may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash; Rewards may expire, be capped, be modified, or be discontinued; Pullmarket may reverse Rewards related to refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or disputed activity.
Referral and affiliate rewards may be available only for new users who satisfy eligibility requirements. Self-referrals, referral rings, multiple accounts, fake accounts, automated signups, and spam may be disqualified.
If you receive anything of value for referring, reviewing, promoting, or endorsing Pullmarket, you must clearly disclose that relationship in your communications. You may not make false or misleading claims about odds, values, guaranteed outcomes, profitability, or cashability.
Pullmarket does not operate sweepstakes under these Terms. Pull Packs are collectible-card products, not sweepstakes entries, lottery tickets, raffle tickets, casino games, sports wagers, securities, commodities, or investment contracts.
Pullmarket Credit is not cashable. The Service is not intended to provide cash prizes, cash-equivalent payouts, wagering, or gambling. You may not use the Service for gambling, wagering, money transmission, money laundering, arbitrage, fraud, card testing, chargeback schemes, or any unlawful purpose.
If Pullmarket enables marketplace listings, sales, trades, or user-to-user transactions, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for complying with all applicable rules.
If you list, sell, or trade an item, you represent that you have the right to do so, that the item is authentic, that your listing is accurate, and that the item is not stolen, counterfeit, encumbered, duplicate-listed, subject to a chargeback, or subject to another claim.
Unless the Service expressly states otherwise, any proceeds from marketplace sales are credited as non-cashable Pullmarket Credit and are not withdrawable for cash.
Pullmarket may rely on professional grading companies, certification databases, supplier descriptions, and internal review. A grade or label assigned by a third-party grading company is the opinion of that company and not a guarantee by Pullmarket that the item will cross-grade, re-grade, sell, or appreciate.
Raw-card condition descriptions are subjective. Images may show reflections, dust, sleeves, scans, slabs, or display artifacts. If exact condition is material to your purchase, review all available images and disclosures before buying.
Pullmarket may cancel or correct listings that appear counterfeit, altered, stolen, mislabeled, materially damaged, duplicate-listed, or otherwise problematic.
You may not:
The Service, including software, designs, names, logos, trade dress, graphics, text, images, videos, features, and content, is owned by Pullmarket or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.
If you submit reviews, messages, images, videos, feedback, listings, dispute information, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Pullmarket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from that User Content to operate, improve, market, secure, investigate, and protect the Service. You represent that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and not infringing.
The Service may integrate with payment processors, banks, card networks, shipping carriers, analytics providers, identity-verification providers such as Veriff or Stripe Identity if re-enabled, cloud hosting providers, customer-support tools, fraud-prevention vendors, advertising providers, social platforms, tax tools, insurers, or other third-party services. Pullmarket is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Our advertising and measurement integrations may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads features, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Reddit Pixel, and similar tools. These tools may receive events related to page views, signups, partner signup or application events, checkout starts, verified purchases, conversion value, currency, transaction identifiers, item/category information, contact identifiers where available for matching, IP address, browser data, and cookie identifiers, subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, applicable law, and the relevant third-party terms.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or operational risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, failed verification, initiated an Improper Chargeback, misused rewards or referrals, violated law, or created unacceptable risk.
Upon suspension or termination, you may lose access to features, rewards, referrals, promotional credits, and pending transactions. Termination does not eliminate amounts owed, chargeback obligations, fraud-review obligations, indemnity obligations, or provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." Pullmarket disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.
Pullmarket does not warrant that randomized outcomes, odds displays, market-data estimates, Sellback quotes, rarity labels, or account features will be accurate, uninterrupted, unchanged, profitable, or error-free. Pullmarket does not guarantee that any item will appreciate, retain value, be eligible for resale, or be available for Sellback at any particular price.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pullmarket and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, opportunities, profits, revenue, expected value, market value, resale value, or Sellback value.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pullmarket's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Pullmarket for the transaction giving rise to the claim; or (b) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pullmarket and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, your listings or sales, your referrals or promotions, your chargebacks or payment disputes, your fraud or abuse, your misuse of payment methods, your false claims, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.
Please read this section carefully. It may require you and Pullmarket to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration instead of in court.
Before filing a claim, you and Pullmarket agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. A party must send written notice describing the dispute and requested relief to Pullmarket at Email support or by mail to Pullmarket LLC, 7901 4TH ST N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days after notice is received.
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, intellectual-property claims, account-security claims, fraud or abuse claims, chargeback recovery, payment recovery, or claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules.
You and Pullmarket waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, not as a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to Email support within 30 days after you first agree to these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, account email, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent federal law or mandatory state consumer law applies.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, you and Pullmarket consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida with proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18, you are the verified account holder, you are authorized to use the payment method, the payment method and billing details match or validate against your verified identity, you reviewed the product page, and you understand that Pull Packs are randomized collectible-card products.
You are not guaranteed any specific card, player, team, grade, serial number, rarity tier, market value, Sellback value, or profit unless the product page expressly says so. Pull Packs are generally final once purchased, opened, revealed, assigned, entered, or consumed, except where required by law.
By submitting a transaction, you authorize Pullmarket and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the purchase amount and any applicable taxes, fees, shipping, handling, insurance, redemption, verification, or processing charges. Payments may be reviewed, declined, delayed, canceled, or held for fraud prevention, verification, payment failure, chargeback risk, or legal compliance.
Estimated values, rarity labels, pull tiers, value bands, odds displays, and Sellback prices are based on live or recent market data and internal valuation methods. They may change at any time. Unless we expressly state that a value or mechanic is locked, no displayed value, rarity label, or Sellback price is guaranteed for any period.
Once you purchase, open, reveal, or receive an assigned Pull Pack outcome, you have consumed the digital reveal experience. You may receive an item worth less than the purchase price. A disappointing pull, lower-than-expected market value, changed Sellback quote, or failure to receive a specific non-guaranteed item is not a refund or chargeback reason.
After reveal, you have twenty-four (24) hours to make a Decision, such as keeping or holding the item, redeeming it if eligible, listing it where enabled, trading it where enabled, or accepting Sellback.
If you do not make a Decision within twenty-four (24) hours, Pullmarket will automatically sell the item back at the then-current 90% Gems buyback offer and credit your account with non-cashable Pullmarket Credit/Gems. The automatic Sellback price may be higher or lower than any price shown earlier. Automatic Sellback is final unless Pullmarket agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Pullmarket Credit and Gems are not cash. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, deposited, converted to cryptocurrency, redeemed for cash, or redeemed for any cash-equivalent payout except where required by law. Pullmarket Credit may be used only for eligible purchases, fees, or features within Pullmarket.
By buying Gems, you understand that Gem purchases are final except for unused purchased Gems where Pullmarket approves a refund or applicable law requires one. Once Gems are spent on packs, reveals, shipping, redemption, or other digital features, the related service has been delivered and is not refundable except where required by law.
Unused Gems purchased directly from Pullmarket with a cash payment may be eligible for refund in Pullmarket's discretion or where required by law. Spent Gems, opened Pull Packs, revealed outcomes, assigned items, Sellback credits, automatic Sellback credits, promotional Gems, bonus Gems, reward Gems, referral Gems, marketplace credits, and other non-purchased credits are not refundable and have no cash value.
Approved refunds generally return to the original payment method where supported. Processing, shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, customs, duties, and carrier charges are non-refundable once incurred unless Pullmarket states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligible items may be requested for shipment through the Pullmarket redemption flow or support process. By default, Pullmarket ships physical items only to the verified account holder at a verified address that matches or validates against the account holder's ID, payment method, billing details, and fraud-review information. Shipping depends on payment status, fraud prevention, valid identification verification where required, address review, item availability, destination eligibility, carrier timing, and applicable shipping, handling, insurance, signature, tax, customs, or duty charges. Pullmarket may withhold, delay, restrict, or refuse shipping if required verification is incomplete or the requested shipping destination does not match or validate against required identity, payment, billing, and address information.
Eligible cards requested in the same shipment will generally be combined when reasonably possible. Pullmarket may split or delay shipments for high-value items, insurance, signature confirmation, grading, authentication, inventory location, supplier or custodian location, fraud review, payment review, carrier rules, customs, package limits, item protection, or operational reasons.
Contact support [at] pullmarket.io before filing a payment dispute unless the transaction is genuinely unauthorized. False, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account holds, frozen credits, canceled shipments, reversed rewards, loss of rights to disputed items or credits, negative balances, termination, and recovery efforts to the extent permitted by law.
Inspect shipped items immediately. Contact support [at] pullmarket.io within seven (7) days after delivery if an item is missing, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrect. Keep all packaging and cooperate with carrier, insurance, fraud-review, and return procedures.
