Google tools. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, and may use Google Ads or related Google advertising features. These tools may collect or receive information such as page views, device and browser information, approximate location from IP address, referral source, campaign parameters, clicks, checkout starts, signups, verified purchase events, transaction IDs, currency, purchase value, and item/category information. Google may process this information according to Google's own privacy and advertising policies, including Google's explanations of how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google advertising technologies.
Meta tools. We use Meta Business Tools, including the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. These tools may collect or receive browser and server-side events such as page views, signups, checkout starts, and verified purchases after Stripe confirms payment and Pullmarket credits gems. Signup and purchase events may include event identifiers, transaction IDs where applicable, purchase value, currency, item/category information, IP address, user agent, browser identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc, and hashed contact identifiers such as hashed email or phone where available. Meta may process this information according to Meta's privacy policies and terms for Meta Business Tools. We do not send full payment-card numbers to Meta or Google.
Stripe and other processors. Payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention vendors, shipping carriers, cloud providers, and other service providers may set cookies or collect device, security, payment, or transaction data under their own policies and our agreements with them.

We may collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information to prevent, detect, investigate, document, and respond to fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks, payment disputes, account takeover, card testing, refund abuse, reward abuse, referral abuse, shipping fraud, false claims, and security incidents.
This may include collecting and retaining records of product pages shown to you, checkout disclosures, acceptance checkboxes, transaction confirmations, gem-source classifications, reveal events, item assignments, Sellback and Buyback quotes, Decisions, automatic Sellback, account activity, login activity, device data, IP address, geolocation signals, payment authentication results such as 3D Secure, identity-verification results, shipping records, tracking, signature confirmation, support communications, and verification results.
We may share relevant information with payment processors, acquiring banks, issuing banks, card networks, wallet providers, fraud vendors, identity-verification providers, carriers, insurers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, arbitration administrators, collections providers, and professional advisors when reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent, respond to, or recover from fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or other claims.
We may offer rewards, referrals, promo codes, Gem Drops, discounts, loyalty benefits, or other programs. These programs may involve collecting and using personal information such as account information, transaction history, referral activity, reward activity, identity-verification status, fraud-risk signals, chargeback history, and marketing preferences.
The value of any reward or benefit may vary and is reasonably related to the value we receive from increased customer engagement, loyalty, referrals, marketing, transaction volume, fraud reduction, or program participation. Rewards are non-cash benefits unless the program rules expressly say otherwise and applicable law permits otherwise.
You may opt out of promotional communications or stop participating in rewards where the Service allows, but doing so may affect your ability to receive program benefits. We may deny, reverse, suspend, or revoke rewards connected to fraud, abuse, refunded transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, multiple accounts, referral rings, or Terms violations.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, process transactions, operate Pull Packs and inventory features, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, respond to chargebacks, comply with legal and tax obligations, enforce agreements, collect amounts owed, and protect rights and safety.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, sensitivity, transaction history, legal requirements, payment-network requirements, fraud risk, chargeback risk, disputes, security needs, tax obligations, and operational requirements.
Note: Deleting your account does not necessarily delete records we must or may retain for fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal compliance, accounting, tax, security, safety, collections, insurance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from users under 18 because the Service is for adults only. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16.

These may include access controls, encryption, logging, monitoring, fraud-prevention tools, account-security controls, payment-processor controls, identity-verification tools, and security reviews. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using secure devices and networks. Notify us promptly at Email support if you believe your account has been compromised.
