This page describes how Pullmarket writes, fact-checks, sources, links, and updates the guides and articles published on this site. It applies to every page in /learn/, every trust/safety/explainer page (such as Is Pullmarket Legit?), and every category/landing page that contains editorial copy.
1. Who writes Pullmarket content
Pullmarket guides are produced by Pullmarket's in-house editorial team, operating under SKYCOAST CAPITAL LLC. Contributors and bylined authors are named on each piece. AI-assisted drafting is used for first drafts; a human editor reviews every article for factual accuracy, sourcing, tone, and compliance before it is published.
2. Source standards
Pullmarket prefers primary and authoritative sources for any factual claim:
- Card values and comp data: aggregate pricing tools (such as Card Ladder and PriceCharting) for trailing-90 and rolling sale-by-sale data, not single eBay listings.
- Grading details: the issuing grading company's own cert-lookup tools (PSA, CGC, SGC).
- Set, release, and product facts: The Pokémon Company, Panini, Topps, Bowman, Fanatics Collect, Bandai, and other rights-holder publications and product pages — not retailer marketing copy.
- Company and operator information: SKYCOAST CAPITAL LLC's filings with the Florida Division of Corporations and the public business registry.
Where a claim cannot be cited to a primary source, we either omit it or label it as estimate, opinion, or rule-of-thumb in the body.
3. Pricing, values, and ROI claims
Card values change with the market. Any value, comp, or "is it worth it" reasoning on Pullmarket pages reflects public comp data at the time of publication. Pullmarket's market-value estimates are produced using live market data and internal valuation methods (Terms §5.4) — they are estimates, not guarantees. Editorial content is collector reference, not investment advice. We do not promise future appreciation, ROI outcomes, or grading results on any card or sealed product.
4. Linking policy
Pullmarket pages use three categories of links:
- Internal links point to other Pullmarket pages and pass full PageRank — we never apply
rel="nofollow"to internal navigation. - Editorial external links point to authoritative non-commercial sources (Wikipedia, grading companies, league governing bodies, government registries). These open in a new tab with
rel="noopener"and are not nofollowed when the link is purely editorial. - Commercial and pricing-tool external links (Card Ladder, PriceCharting, TCGplayer, eBay, marketplaces, retailers) carry
rel="nofollow noopener". Paid placements, if any, carryrel="sponsored noopener". User-generated cited content carriesrel="ugc noopener". Pullmarket does not accept paid editorial placements that are not labeled as such.
5. Conflicts of interest
Pullmarket is operated by SKYCOAST CAPITAL LLC, which earns revenue when collectors buy Gems and open packs on the site. We disclose this on every page through site branding, the footer, and the Terms of Service. Editorial recommendations on Pullmarket pages compare Pullmarket to off-platform alternatives (sealed retail boxes, raw singles, graded singles, other platforms) honestly — we do not pretend Pullmarket is the only or best option for every collector goal.
6. Updates and corrections
Articles carry a visible Published or Last updated date in the byline and a machine-readable <time datetime> element. When we revise an article materially — for example, when a new product launches in a covered lineage, or when comp data moves enough to make a recommendation stale — we update the visible date and the JSON-LD dateModified in lockstep. If an error is brought to our attention, we correct it promptly and, for material corrections, add a brief correction note at the bottom of the article.
To request a correction, email [email protected] with the article URL, the specific claim, and a citation for what the correct version should be.
7. AI-assisted content disclosure
Pullmarket uses AI tools to produce first drafts of long-form guides and category pages. Every published piece is reviewed by a human editor before publication; the human editor is responsible for the factual content of the article. We do not publish unedited AI output as Pullmarket editorial content.
8. Compliance framing
Pullmarket does not operate sweepstakes, lotteries, casino games, sports wagers, or wagering products of any kind (Terms §13). Editorial content frames Pullmarket consistently as a collectible-card marketplace — collecting, ripping packs, pulling cards, owning real graded slabs. Pullmarket Gems is on-site store credit, not cash, and that limitation is stated plainly in Terms §9.1 rather than hidden.
