The One Piece Dodgers Card: What EB02-010 Is and What It's Worth
On July 3, 2025, the first 40,000 ticketed fans through the Dodger Stadium gates left with a Bandai-printed Monkey D. Luffy promo card — EB02-010, a promotional reprint from the Anime 25th Collection [EB-02] set with new alt-art drawn for the occasion by One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda — alongside a co-branded straw hat. Sixteen months later, a PSA 10 copy sold for $5,300 via Probstein Auctions on eBay on May 13, 2026, while a Beckett Pristine 10 Black Label crossed $15,000 in November 2025 via Fanatics Collect. Yet most "one piece dodgers card" guides bury the fact that this is the second OPTCG sports-crossover promo in history — the canonical first was the ST13 Borussia Dortmund x Luffy card distributed March 30, 2025 at BVB vs FSV Mainz 05 — and almost none combine the event story, the catalog disambiguation, the 84.11% PSA 10 gem rate (10,340 of 12,293 PSA submissions), the full PSA / BGS comp ladder, and the 2026 Don!! card returning July 2, 2026 against the San Diego Padres. This guide does — what the card is in OPTCG catalog terms, why a 40,000-print giveaway still trades at four figures, how to authenticate one, and what to expect when the Dodgers and Toei Animation run it back.
Part of: Complete One Piece Cards Guide — sports-meets-OPTCG crossover spotlight.
The One Piece Dodgers card is EB02-010 Monkey D. Luffy, a Bandai-printed One Piece TCG leader-format promo reprint with Eiichiro Oda alt-art drawn specifically for the Dodgers x Toei Animation collaboration. It was distributed July 3, 2025, to the first 40,000 ticketed fans at Dodger Stadium for Dodgers vs Chicago White Sox. As of mid-2026, raw copies trade around $1,000, settled PSA 10 prices sit near $4,000 with a record $5,300 sale via Probstein on May 13, 2026, and a BGS Pristine 10 Black Label sold $15,000 via Fanatics Collect in November 2025. The 2026 follow-up — a brand-new Don!! card with Luffy at the plate — will be distributed July 2, 2026 against the Padres. It is a different card type, illustration, and catalog slot from the 2025 leader-format EB02-010 promo.
What the One Piece Dodgers Card Actually Is (the EB02-010 spec)
The card most people mean when they search "one piece dodgers card" is EB02-010 Monkey D. Luffy, a Bandai-issued One Piece Card Game leader card with new alt-art that creator Eiichiro Oda drew specifically for the July 3, 2025 collaboration with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toei Animation. The catalog code is where collector confusion starts, because the Dodgers giveaway shares it with a different card.
The EB02-010 specs in plain terms:
- Card code: EB02-010 (English print). EB = Extra Booster, 02 = the second Extra Booster set (Anime 25th Collection), 010 = card number. The Dodgers card is a promotional REPRINT of an existing EB02-010 leader, with new alt-art commissioned for the Dodgers partnership (SnkrDunk Magazine, official Bandai card-game site).
- Character / type: Monkey D. Luffy in Leader (L) format — Luffy's gameplay role in OPTCG. Leaders anchor a deck and have specific abilities; the 2025 promo is a leader-format card, not a Don!! card (the difference matters for the 2026 follow-up — see H2 7).
- Art: Eiichiro Oda drew the alt-art exclusively for the collaboration (Anime News Network, official Bandai site). Luffy is shown as a baseball player in a full Dodgers jersey and cap. Oda rarely draws single-purpose commissioned art outside the manga.
- Print run: Not publicly disclosed by Bandai. Distribution was capped at the first 40,000 ticketed fans through the Dodger Stadium gates on July 3, 2025 — that's the upper bound, not a confirmed print quantity. PSA has graded 12,293 copies as of mid-2026 (Sports Illustrated).
- Set lineage: Anime 25th Collection (Extra Booster 02). For the full Luffy leader-card lineage across every OPTCG set, see the One Piece Luffy cards guide; for the broader OPTCG release calendar, see the One Piece cards pillar.
The single most common newcomer mistake — same code, two different cards — determines whether your card is worth $40 or $4,000. Rip a One Piece pack at Pullmarket — see the published odds → browse one-piece-packs.
The July 3, 2025 Activation Story (the giveaway that started this)
The first 40,000 ticketed fans through the Dodger Stadium gates on Thursday, July 3, 2025, 7:10 p.m. PT, for Dodgers vs Chicago White Sox, received the EB02-010 promo card AND a co-branded straw hat — a Toei Animation + Dodgers + Bandai Card Games activation that played to both fanbases simultaneously and set the template the 2026 event will repeat.
How the distribution actually worked:
- Ticket required. The promo card and straw hat went only to ticketed fans entering stadium gates — not available at retail.
- First 40,000, first come first served. One per person at activation spaces inside the stadium, while supplies last (per Bandai's official announcement page).
- Centerfield Plaza activations. Pregame booths with One Piece installations, photo ops, and Toei Animation displays before first pitch.
- Emily Rudd ceremonial first pitch. The actress who plays Nami in the One Piece live-action Netflix series threw the first pitch.
- Post-game drone show. A drone formation lit up Straw Hat Pirates iconography over the LA night sky after the final out.
- Scalpers at the gates. Aggressive resellers tried to buy cards from attendees right outside the gates — Dodger Blue and Resell Calendar have warned 2026 fans to expect a repeat.
The partnership layer: Toei Animation holds the One Piece anime IP, Bandai Card Games printed the promo, and the Dodgers marketing org (CMO Lon Rosen) ran the in-stadium activation. Lisa Yamatoya at Toei Animation gave the official quote per Essential Japan; the MLB press release is the canonical announcement.

Why a 40,000-Print Giveaway Still Trades at Four Figures
A 40,000-card distribution cap should, in a vacuum, push secondary-market prices toward retail-curio territory — and yet a PSA 10 EB02-010 Dodgers Luffy settled near $4,000 in mid-2026 and a BGS Pristine 10 Black Label cleared $15,000 in November 2025. Five compounding factors keep the floor where it is.
- Distribution friction. 40,000 is the upper-bound cap — not every ticketed fan picked one up, not every recipient kept theirs in Mint condition. Cards rode home in tote bags exposed to sweat and sun. Ungraded Mint copies are a fraction of the 40k cap, and the supply that clears the PSA 10 gem-rate threshold is smaller still.
- Cross-fandom demand. Anime fans nationwide want this card regardless of Dodgers fandom — the OPTCG promo collector base competes with the LA crossover collector base for the same supply.
- Oda-drew-it premium. Promo reprints with Oda-original alt-art (vs licensed reuse) sit at a premium tier within OPTCG promo culture. Collectors price the art commission, not just the card slot.
- Sport + anime grail crossover. Previous Japanese-sports-and-anime crossovers (Sapporo Topps, NPB anime tie-ins) have over-performed scarcity-vs-comp math; the same dynamic applies when you bridge MLB + anime in 2025 with Ohtani-era Dodgers visibility on top.
- The grading floor is liquid. With an 84.11% PSA 10 gem rate (10,340 of 12,293 PSA submissions — Sports Illustrated), the grade-it floor is defined and the price-per-grade ladder is observable. Liquid cards don't trade at a discount.

The PSA / BGS Comp Ladder (what each grade actually costs)
Every comp searcher who lands here is asking the same question two ways — "what is mine worth?" and "what would I pay for one?" — and the answer is the same ladder either way: by grade and grading service. The full PSA / BGS / CGC tier framework with venue and date attribution on every record sale tells you whether a $2,800 PSA 10 listing is a steal, a fair, or an over-ask.
| Grade / Format | Recent comp range | Date / venue | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Raw / ungraded | ~$1,000 | mid-2026 | Sports Illustrated |
| PSA 9 (Mint) | ~$500–$800 | mid-2026 | eBay / PriceCharting aggregated |
| PSA 10 (first sale) | $2,500 | July 17, 2025, eBay | Sports Illustrated |
| PSA 10 (settled market) | ~$4,000 | mid-2026 | Sports Illustrated |
| PSA 10 (record sale) | $5,300 | May 13, 2026, Probstein / eBay | Sports Illustrated |
| BGS 9.5 Gem | ~$2,500–$3,500 | mid-2026 | eBay aggregated |
| BGS 10 Pristine | ~$5,000–$8,000 | mid-2026 | Fanatics Collect + eBay |
| BGS 10 Pristine Black Label | $15,000 | November 2025, Fanatics Collect | Resell Calendar + Essential Japan |
| CGC 10 Pristine | No public comp yet (low OPTCG submission volume) | — | — |
Three notes that change how to read this table:
- Every range above is a starting-point estimate from public hobby press as of June 2026. Cross-verify against PriceCharting's EB02-010 page, Fanatics Collect results, and current eBay sold listings before transacting. A wrong dollar number is worse than no dollar number.
- The May 13, 2026 Probstein sale is the recorded PSA 10 record. $5,300 on Probstein Auctions via eBay — a +112% lift over the $2,500 first PSA 10 sale on July 17, 2025 (two weeks after distribution).
- The BGS Pristine 10 Black Label tier is in different gravity. $15,000 November 2025 via Fanatics Collect — the highest publicly recorded sale for any grade. Black Label requires perfect 10s across centering, corners, edges, and surface; the population that clears that bar is a tiny fraction of even the 84% gem rate.
For cert verification, every slab resolves on its grader's site: PSA, Beckett BGS, CGC. For where these comps sit in the broader "most expensive One Piece cards" ranking, see the most expensive One Piece cards guide. Open a One Piece pack — see the published odds → one-piece-packs.
The 84% Gem Rate: Should You Grade Yours?
PSA has graded 12,293 copies of the EB02-010 Dodgers Luffy as of mid-2026, and 10,340 of them — 84.11% — came back as PSA 10s per Sports Illustrated. That's an exceptionally high gem rate for any modern card, and it's the single most important number in the "should I grade mine?" decision: the implied PSA 10 lift is real and predictable, not a moonshot on a 1-in-50 surface check.
The grading-decision math:
- Raw market on a Mint copy: ~$1,000.
- Settled PSA 10 market: ~$4,000.
- Gross implied PSA 10 lift: ~$3,000 before fees.
- Subtract PSA fees + turnaround (variable by submission tier — see psacard.com).
- Net lift on a clean Mint copy: comfortably positive on most submission tiers.
- Probability that lift is realized: 84.11% PSA 10 if your raw is clean; ~12% PSA 9 ($500–$800); a minority at PSA 8 or lower.
When NOT to grade: visible edge whitening (common from stadium tote-bag transit), surface scratches under a strong light angle, or a soft corner. The 84% gem rate is conditional on Mint-Mint condition at submission — PSA 9 ($500–$800) does NOT clear the fees-and-friction bar.
BGS Pristine 10 Black Label sits at a higher ceiling ($15,000 November 2025, Fanatics Collect) but with a smaller probability of clearing it — only worth submitting if your raw is genuinely flawless under 10x magnification. CGC is a recognized grader with lower OPTCG submission volume.

The Borussia Dortmund Precedent: The First OPTCG Sports Promo
The Dodgers EB02-010 isn't the first OPTCG sports-crossover promo — it's the second. On March 30, 2025, before a Bundesliga match between Borussia Dortmund and FSV Mainz 05 at Signal Iduna Park, BVB distributed an ST13 Special Promo Leader Luffy depicting the Straw Hat captain in BVB's iconic yellow-and-black kit. SnkrDunk Magazine flagged this in their Dodgers coverage three months later — the Dodgers EB02-010 is "the second promotional reprint of a ONE PIECE Card Game card linked to a sports team" after the BVB precedent.
What to know about the BVB ST13 Luffy:
- Card code: ST13 — Luffy in leader format wearing BVB yellow. Official campaign page at the BVB x One Piece site.
- Distribution event: BVB vs FSV Mainz 05, March 30, 2025, Signal Iduna Park. Limited to matchday attendees and a "Fan World" activation zone — the same pattern as the Dodgers' Centerfield Plaza three months later.
- Why it matters: the BVB ST13 establishes the Bandai / Toei pattern of one-off promotional reprints with new alt-art tied to specific live sports events outside Japan. The Dodgers EB02-010 is the second card in this pattern; the 2026 Dodgers follow-up suggests Premier League / La Liga / NPB / NBA promos could follow.
- Comp comparison: BVB ST13 raw ~$300–$500, PSA 9 ~$800–$1,200, PSA 10 ~$2,500–$3,500 (PriceCharting + aggregated eBay). Lower than the Dodgers ladder — partly the smaller US Bundesliga merchandise base, partly the Dodgers' higher national-scale awareness moment via the Ohtani-era spotlight.
- What it suggests for the catalog: each sports-crossover promo is a closed-supply event. Cumulative scarcity across BVB + Dodgers + any future entries is the long arc of OPTCG sports-promo collecting.

One Piece Night Returns: What to Know About July 2, 2026
The Dodgers and Toei Animation confirmed in early summer 2026 that One Piece Night returns Thursday, July 2, 2026, 7:10 p.m. PT against the San Diego Padres — a higher-profile divisional opponent than 2025's White Sox draw. The 2026 giveaway carries the 40,000-fan template AND introduces a brand-new Bandai-printed promo that is NOT a reprint of the 2025 EB02-010 — the second-most-asked question on this card after the catalog-code disambiguation.
What's different and what's the same:
- Date / opponent: July 2, 2026, 7:10 p.m. PT, Dodgers vs San Diego Padres at Dodger Stadium (Dodger Blue, Dodgers Nation, Essential Japan).
- Giveaway: the first 40,000 ticketed fans receive (a) an updated Dodgers x One Piece straw hat with a chin strap (addressing 2025 blow-off complaints) AND (b) a new Bandai-printed OPTCG promo "Don!!" card featuring Luffy at the plate ready to swing, based on a new 2026 Dodgers x Toei key-art commission.
- Card type distinction: the 2026 card is a Don!! card, NOT a leader-format reprint. Don!! cards generate resources for the leader during a match — a different catalog slot, different gameplay function, different illustration than the 2025 EB02-010 leader-format promo.
- Official quotes: Lon Rosen (Dodgers CMO) — "We are delighted to welcome back fans to this year's edition of ONE PIECE Night." Lisa Yamatoya (Toei Animation) — "We're thrilled to renew our ONE PIECE partnership with the Los Angeles Dodgers" (Essential Japan).
- Activation lineup: Pregame Centerfield Plaza activation, ceremonial first pitch, post-game drone show — same template as 2025.
- Expected secondary market: Resell Calendar's day-of projection sits around $200–$300 for the 2026 Don!! card — lower than 2025's first-mover four-figure premium. Pre-event projections are starting estimates from one source; actual price discovery takes 2–4 weeks after distribution. Bandai's official 2026 announcement page is the canonical source.
- Scalper warning is live. Dodger Blue and Resell Calendar both confirm 2025's scalper-at-the-gates pattern is expected to repeat.

The Cross-Fandom Bridge: Anime Collectors and Sports-Card Collectors
What makes the EB02-010 Dodgers Luffy genuinely interesting — and not just another news-cycle story — is that it sits between two collector universes that mostly don't talk to each other. Anime collectors know Oda, EB-02, Anime 25th Collection, ST13, leader and Don!! cards. Sports-card collectors know PSA 10, gem rate, Probstein, Fanatics Collect, and the slab-comp ladder. The card converts members of both audiences into the other's vocabulary.
For anime fans new to slabs:
- OPTCG promos are graded by the same authorities sports cards are. PSA, BGS, and CGC use the same 1–10 scale, the same Mint/Gem Mint criteria, and the same cert-lookup workflow.
- The PSA 10 / BGS Pristine 10 framework works identically for any anime TCG — same 84%-gem-rate logic applies to any future Bandai-Toei promo, to Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Digimon.
For sports-card collectors new to OPTCG:
- A "leader" is a gameplay role in a Bandai TCG that launched in 2022. English-market expansion in 2022–2023 brought OPTCG to US LCS shelves at scale.
- Set codes follow patterns. ST = Starter Deck, OP = Main Booster, EB = Extra Booster, PRB = Parallel, PRP = Promo. EB02-010 is the 10th card in the second Extra Booster set.
- Promo reprints carry the base catalog code with new alt-art — same logic as a Topps Chrome refractor parallel keeping the base card number but trading at a different tier.
Both fandoms recognize the same dynamics — scarce print runs, alt-art commissions, grading tiers, comp ladders, authentication challenges. For sports collectors evaluating "should I add OPTCG," the One Piece cards pillar is the entry point; for anime fans evaluating a first slab, the Luffy cards guide contextualizes where EB02-010 sits in Luffy's catalog. Pull a Luffy card from a real Pullmarket pack → one-piece-packs.
How to Verify a Real EB02-010 Dodgers Luffy
The EB02-010 Dodgers Luffy isn't yet as counterfeited as the Pokémon Trophy Pikachu or the Charizard 1st Edition Shadowless, but every desirable promo with a four-figure secondary market eventually attracts forgeries — and the same-code-different-illustration trap between the Dodgers promo and the base EB02-010 means even honest sellers occasionally list the wrong card with the right code.
Five red flags to check before any EB02-010 Dodgers purchase above $500:
- Cert mismatch on graded slabs. A real EB02-010 Dodgers Luffy cert resolves to "EB02-010 (Promo Reprint)" or "EB02-010 Dodgers Promo" with the set name indicating the Dodgers collaboration on psacard.com, beckett.com, or cgccards.com. If the cert resolves to the base Anime 25th Collection EB02-010 — same code, different art — the seller has the wrong card or the wrong cert.
- Wrong alt-art / "regular EB02-010". The real Dodgers promo shows Luffy in a full Dodgers jersey and cap. The base EB02-010 shows Luffy in his standard One Piece outfit (red vest, blue shorts, straw hat). Same card code, two completely different cards. A base EB02-010 sold as "Dodgers" is a mis-listing at best.
- Card-back / language. The 2025 Dodgers giveaway was English-printed only (MLB press release). Cards in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or any other language carry their own catalog codes and would not be from the Dodger Stadium distribution.
- Foil / surface treatment. Counterfeits commonly show muddier silver foil, off-register printing on the Luffy character art, or non-standard card-stock thickness. Genuine Bandai promo stock has a specific weight and snap.
- Cross-check against the official Bandai catalog. The official Bandai card-game site hosts the canonical reference art. Match listing photos against it.
Can't Make the Game? Alternative Paths to a Graded Card
Three legitimate paths exist for a collector who wants a Luffy OPTCG promo in-hand. The right one depends on what you're actually trying to own.
| Path | What you get | What it costs | Who it's for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Buy a graded 2025 EB02-010 Dodgers Luffy on eBay / TCGplayer | The canonical 2025 promo card, slabbed by PSA / BGS / CGC | $1,000 raw → $4,000 PSA 10 → $5,300 PSA 10 record → $15,000 BGS Pristine 10 Black Label | Collectors who want the iconic 2025 leader-format card with the proven comp ladder |
| Attend Dodgers One Piece Night 2026 | A 2026 Don!! card + updated chin-strap straw hat | Padres ticket + early arrival at Dodger Stadium July 2, 2026 | LA-area collectors who can make July 2, 2026 |
| Rip a Pullmarket One Piece pack | Real graded One Piece cards allocated to your account from a One Piece-curated pack with published odds before purchase. Held in Pullmarket custody or sourced from verified supplier and partner-vault inventory per Terms §5.5 | Per-pack price; published odds disclosed before purchase | Collectors who want the rip experience without traveling, without scalper risk, and without buying-and-resealing |
A plain note on the third path: Pullmarket runs a hybrid fulfillment model — every pulled card is a real third-party-graded slab, some held in Pullmarket's own insured custody and some reserved against verified supplier and partner-vault inventory per Terms §5.5. Pullmarket Gems is store credit and is explicitly not cashable per Terms §9.1. Pullmarket isn't a sweepstakes, lottery, or wagering product — the product is collecting and ripping real graded cards with published odds. The full operating model lives on the trust and safety page; the rip → decide → vault / ship / sell-back flow lives on how Pullmarket works.
Closing: Where to Start with the Dodgers One Piece Cards
There is no single "Dodgers One Piece card" — there are two distinct cards (the 2025 EB02-010 leader-format promo and the 2026 Don!! card), plus a precedent (the BVB ST13 Luffy) that established the entire Bandai + Toei sports-crossover pattern. Pick the tier you want: the canonical 2025 EB02-010 in a current PSA / BGS / CGC slab, the 2026 Don!! card if you can make the July 2 game, or a Pullmarket One Piece pack with published odds if you want the rip experience without traveling. The 2025 EB02-010 Dodgers promo and the base Anime 25th Collection EB02-010 share a catalog code but are entirely different cards — and the 2025 leader and the 2026 Don!! are different card types entirely. Confusing any of these is the single most common SERP-driven mistake in the OPTCG Dodgers crossover lineage.
Frequently asked questions
The One Piece Dodgers card is EB02-010 Monkey D. Luffy, a Bandai-printed One Piece TCG leader-format promo reprint with new alt-art drawn by series creator Eiichiro Oda for the Dodgers collaboration. It was distributed July 3, 2025 to the first 40,000 ticketed fans at Dodger Stadium (Dodgers vs Chicago White Sox), alongside a co-branded straw hat. The illustration shows Luffy as a baseball player in a Dodgers jersey and cap. The card is a promotional reprint from the Anime 25th Collection [EB-02] set, sharing the EB02-010 catalog code but with different artwork from the base print.
Raw copies trade around $1,000 as of mid-2026, PSA 9s sit in the $500–$800 range, and PSA 10s have settled near $4,000 with a record sale of $5,300 via Probstein Auctions on eBay on May 13, 2026 (Sports Illustrated). A Beckett Pristine 10 Black Label cleared $15,000 in November 2025 via Fanatics Collect (Resell Calendar). All ranges are starting-point estimates; verify current comps against PriceCharting, Fanatics Collect recent results, or eBay sold listings before transacting.
If your copy is in Mint-Mint condition with no visible edge whitening, surface scratches, or soft corners — yes. PSA has graded 12,293 copies and 10,340 (84.11%) came back PSA 10 per Sports Illustrated. The implied PSA 10 lift on a clean raw copy (~$3,000 over raw, minus PSA fees) comfortably clears most submission tiers. For visible-wear copies, the PSA 9 comp ($500–$800) does not justify grading after fees. BGS Pristine 10 Black Label sits at a higher ceiling ($15,000 record) but a smaller probability of clearing it.
The catalog code. EB = Extra Booster, 02 = the second Extra Booster set (Anime 25th Collection), 010 = card #010. The Dodgers giveaway is a promotional REPRINT of the existing EB02-010 Luffy leader card, with new alt-art drawn by Eiichiro Oda for the Dodgers collaboration. The base print and the Dodgers promo share the catalog code but have entirely different illustrations — the base shows Luffy in his standard One Piece outfit; the Dodgers promo shows him in a Dodgers jersey and cap. Pricing on the base print is a small fraction of the Dodgers promo.
No. The 2026 card is a brand-new Don!! card featuring Luffy at the plate ready to swing, distributed July 2, 2026 at Dodgers vs San Diego Padres. It is a different card type (Don!! vs leader), a different illustration, and a different catalog slot from the 2025 EB02-010 leader-format promo. The 2025 EB02-010 is a leader card; the 2026 Don!! card has a different gameplay role (resource generation for the leader during a match). They are two distinct one-off promos in the same Dodgers x Toei Animation partnership pattern.
Yes. The first OPTCG sports-crossover promo was the ST13 Borussia Dortmund Special Promo Leader Luffy, distributed March 30, 2025 at BVB vs FSV Mainz 05 at Signal Iduna Park (BVB official site, SnkrDunk Magazine). The card depicts Luffy in BVB's yellow-and-black kit, limited to matchday attendees and a "Fan World" activation zone. The Dodgers EB02-010 is the second OPTCG sports-crossover promo. BVB ST13 trades raw ~$300–$500, PSA 10 ~$2,500–$3,500 — lower than the Dodgers ladder, partly due to smaller US Bundesliga merchandise demand.
Three compounding factors. First, distribution friction: 40,000 is the upper-bound cap; not every ticketed fan picked one up and not every recipient kept theirs Mint (cards rode home in stadium tote bags exposed to sweat and sun). Second, cross-fandom demand: anime collectors nationwide compete with Dodgers fans and the broader OPTCG promo base for the same supply. Third, the Oda-drew-the-art premium: promo reprints with Oda-original alt-art sit at a premium tier within OPTCG promo culture. The 84% PSA 10 gem rate keeps the comp ladder liquid and predictable.
The official Bandai One Piece Card Game site hosts the canonical announcement and reference art for both the 2025 EB02-010 and the 2026 Don!! follow-up. The MLB press release carries the partnership announcement and product photography. Anime News Network's coverage remains the canonical pre-event cross-fandom write-up confirming Oda drew the alt-art.
Five red flags: (1) cert doesn't resolve on PSA / BGS / CGC, or resolves to the base Anime 25th Collection EB02-010 instead of the Dodgers promo; (2) alt-art shows Luffy in his standard One Piece outfit (that's the base — the real Dodgers card shows Luffy in a Dodgers jersey and cap); (3) card-back language is not English (the 2025 giveaway was English-printed only); (4) muddier silver foil, off-register printing, or non-standard card-stock weight; (5) listing photos don't match the official Bandai reference art. For any uncertified purchase above $500, only buy already in a current PSA / BGS / CGC slab.
Pullmarket publishes the odds on every One Piece pack before you buy, and every pull is a real third-party-graded slab held in Pullmarket custody or sourced from verified supplier and partner-vault inventory per Terms §5.5. The catalog at /one-piece-packs is the starting point. Pullmarket isn't a sweepstakes, lottery, or wagering product. Pullmarket Gems is store credit and is not cashable per Terms §9.1. For the full operating model see the trust and safety page and how Pullmarket works.
